Hanna is a Therapist, Educator, and firm believer that healing is equal parts science, self-awareness, and a really good sense of humor.
Like many therapists, Hannah's interest in psychology started long before graduate school. She refers to those years simply as her "field research." That research sparked a lifelong fascination with why people think, feel, and behave the way they do - and, more importantly, how they heal.
For more than 13 years, Hannah has combined evidence-based therapy with genuine human connection, helping people navigate eating disorders, trauma, addiction, mood disorders, and the wonderfully complex world of neurodivergence.
Because most of the people she serves are women, Hannah has become passionate about the connection between physical health and mental health. She believes healing doesn't happen in silos, and that understanding hormones, the nervous system, relationships, and the whole person is often the missing piece.
Along the way, she also learned the fine art of apologizing for what's hers... without apologizing for everyone else's behavior. It's a skill she highly recommends.
Whether she's helping someone untangle decades of people-pleasing or discover that their brain has been playing by a completely different rulebook all along, Hannah brings warmth, wisdom, and just the right amount of gentle truth-telling to every conversation.
